This specially designed piping rests in the subfloor of the basement along the perimeter. The final step was concealing the drain with concrete. Now Fred has a seamless, low-maintenance system keeping his basement dry!

Bobby had contacted Ayers and set up a home inspection to address the cracks in his foundation. The team at Ayers determined from a review that the FlexiSpan system would be a perfect solution. The FlexiSpan system seals off the cracks with a unique adhesive that provides a watertight seal and adhesive capabilities. Next, a waterproofing membrane is installed overtop of the cracks to provide additional waterproofing. Bobby was thrilled that he had found a permanent solution for his foundation!

The outlet is low profile and sits flush with the lawn meaning it won't be a problem when it comes to mowing or other activities! Frank and Kathy were thrilled with the final look of the outlet!
