Ken was working to renovate his basement and implement a bedroom, yet he needed to install a secondary exit. He decided to contact us at Ayers Basement Systems to have an Egress window installed. Our team inspected a time where the window would go and what Ken wanted to be installed. The widow was later installed, and Ken opted for an egress window cover and lid to ensure water did get down the well. Ken was thrilled with the result of the job, as he could continue implementing a new bedroom!

Maureen and Anthony were looking for a solution to their egress window. The couple decided to contact Ayers to explore their options. An inspection of their home determined that the prior window was not sealed and cracks under the window were due to water damage. Maureen and Anthony decided to install a new window and the FlexiSpan System.

The new egress window will provide a watertight seal with the foundation, preventing water from getting in. The FlexiSpan system is a three-part system that seals the foundation cracks and applies a membrane creating a moisture barrier. Any water that may seep into Maureen and Anthony's home will drain behind the FlexiSpan to a drain in the floor!

Tom noticed small cracks forming in his basement below a window. He called Ayers for our years of waterproofing experience. We sent a crew to the home for a free inspection. Our system design specialists recommended our FlexiSpan solution to seal the cracks. FlexiSpan will treat the slits without the stress and cost of remodeling the entire wall. First, our crew fills the small gaps with a flexible sealant. Then, we install a drainage layer. If water permeates the white panel over the now sealed cracks, the water will flow to the subfloor drain installed under the wall. Concrete is poured over this drain to conceal it within the floor. Tom is grateful for the quick fix that prevents further water damage!

Theresa found water in her basement and determined her sump pump had failed. She wasn't sure what to do, so she called Ayers. We sent a team of experts to her house to recommend a solution. They decided to install the TripleSafe sump pump system, designed to prevent sump pump failure with a backup pump and a battery-powered pump during power outages. Theresa is excited to have a dry basement once again!

Our customer called having tried to solve a basement water problem herself, only to have it come back. We installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard below-floor drain, and solved one of the biggest problems, the inefficient sump pump, by replacing it with a SuperSump.
