Due to the high water levels of Lake Michigan, Marla and Mark's crawl space was flooding. To waterproof their crawlspace, our team installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. We upgraded this crawlspace with our CleanSpace Technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now, this homeowner won't hace to worry about a wet crawl space ever again.
