The customer had water leaking into his basement through the walls and floor. This was an ongoing issue for this lakeside home. The customer had a another company install a sump pump system which was not discharging water effectively even while constantly running. We installed a perimeter drain system to capture all intrusive water and funnel it to the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. 

Kathy's crawl space within her cabin desperately needed waterproofing. Kathy was dealing with standing water within the crawl space, leading to various water issues. One was WaterGuard which utilizes a heavy, durable plastic liner that lines the entire crawl space and acts as a vapor barrier. Any water that seeps in through the walls will be funneled behind the liner and down below, where it will then be directed toward the sump pump. CleanSpace makes a crawl space look much better. In addition, the homeowner will be able to control the home's temperature more efficiently!
