Bill B. of Cedar, MI gave us a call when he decided his 1969 crawl space needed to be encapsulated. There was moisture along with dead mice in the crawl space and he was ready for a solution.

We installed two of our patented products meant for this job: the SaniDry CX crawl space dehumidifier and the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is a 20mm thick plastic lining that completely seals off your crawl space from the surrounding elements.
