Laura was hoping to encapsulate her crawl space properly to ensure her home's protection. She called Ayers for the job and we had a crew come out to her home to figure out the best solution for her. It was settled that she would need our CleanSpace solution. CleanSpace is a thick, durable plastic liner that is placed along the crawl space floor and walls to protect the space from excess moisture or water development. Its vapor barrier property specifically defends against bacteria or mold development that comes from this excess moisture.

Laura knew moisture in your crawl space can lead to severe damage, but wasn't sure how to fix it. She eventually called Ayers and asked about waterproofing solutions for her crawl space. Upon examination, our experts decided to install CleanSpace. This is an antimicrobial vapor barrier that's durable and resilient. The material forms an uninterrupted barrier to keep moisture out. Laura is glad she caught the problem early before it got any worse!

Crawlspaces can be a cold, dirty and a musty place. A customer in Traverse City called about the problem they were having with their crawlspace. The dirt floor, along with the plastic covering, was not working for this customer. Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System allows for a massive upgrade for this Crawlspace. The durable, bright white crawl space liner installs on the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through. Making this crawlspace, as good as new!

Gloria had Ayers Basement Systems encapsulate her crawl space with our CleanSpace Liner. We finished it off with a new Everlast entry door. This door locks smoothly into place and fits snug to make sure no moisture or outside air are getting into her crawl space. The Everlast door helps keep Gloria’s crawl space dry and free of mold and bacteria.

This Traverse City, MI crawl space was wet and musty before Ayers visited. Luckily, the installation of a CleanSpace liner helped alleviate both of those problems. After sealing the crawl space vent to prevent moisture from entering the crawl space, SilverGlo insulation was installed on the walls and TerraBlock insulation on the floors, to reflect heat back into the space. We then installed CleanSpace, a durable liner, in the crawl space. Not only does CleanSpace provide a moisture barrier, but it’s antimicrobial, too. Now this crawl space is dry, warm, and smells much better!
