When your crawl space is only 36" high, you need those 36" to be as well kept as possible. It's difficult for you OR your hired contractors to get around in there (although we've worked in crawl spaces much smaller) so it's good to get things in order once and be confident they'll stay that way.

That's what we did here by installing the CleanSpace system with drainage matting and SilverGlo wall insulation. Now the crawl space is clean and dry and will stay that way.

We used the CleanSpace plastic liner to completely encapsulate the space and keep cold air, dirt, debris and moisture outside where it belongs. This durable plastic liner is waterproof and vapor proof and also has an anti-microbial additive to prevent mold growth.
