In this 1941 home, its homeowner was worried about the collecting moisture taking place within his crawl space. Thanks to our excellent production team, we installed Cleanspace drainage matting to help reduce moisture buildup, and Mold X to help eliminate any future mold growth.

Amy, who recently purchased her home in Lansing, MI began experiencing water seepage through the stone walls in her crawlspace. She grew extremely concerned and called us to seek professional help. 

We installed our patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in Amy’s crawlspace. The CleanSpace encapsulation product is a 20mm thick plastic lining that completely seals off the crawl space from the elements below. With this encapsulation system in place, Amy must no longer worry about water or cold air entering her crawl space.

Any water that entered under the encapsulation layer is directed to a SmartSump pump system that removes the water from the crawl space. SilverGlo insulation on the block walls helps reflect heat back into the home, making floors warmer and heating cost lower. Finally, spray foam helps seal and cracks, gaps, or common entry points for water or cold air. This crawl space got the royal treatment and we're sure the homeowner is going to love the difference.
