The foundation had begun to settle and cause a shift between the crawl space rim and the floor joists above. Using Froth Pack (the white spray in the after photo), the crew gave the last of the leaks a waterproof foam seal. With a full crawl space system working together, moist air won't be a problem in this crawl space again.
