Trevor was the elder of his church and sought to encapsulate the crawl space. Trevor contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems, and an inspection was set up and conducted. The team determined that water was leaking through the foundation and that CleanSpace would be the best solution! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that encapsulates the entire space creating a vapor barrier. After installing the liner, any water seeping into the crawl space will funnel behind the liner and directly to the sump pump!

Barry was having trouble with mold and cold temperatures in his crawl space. Before installing the bright white CleanSpace liner, we laid out drainage matting to provide a waterproof barrier between the exposed soil floor and Brain's basement. The liner is engineered with an inorganic material that prevents mold and bacteria growth, protecting Brian and his family from illnesses like asthma or allergies.
