There was plenty of work to be done on Todd's crawl space. He hoped for encapsulation and solutions for his sagging floors. He called Ayers for these permanent resolutions, so we sent a crew for an inspection. Our team of experts recommended CleanSpace and SmartJacks to solve these issues. CleanSpace is an antimicrobial liner that will provide the airtight encapsulation of the crawl space. The vapor barrier property it holds will prevent the accumulation of moisture and critters, making the area cleaner. SmartJacks will resolve the uneven floors above this space. This support system provides solid support for sagging beams. This solution is installed by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and a sturdy base within the floor.
