Gabriella and Josh got their Dearborn, MI crawl space encapsulated by another company years ago. The previous company did not properly complete the job, they just laid down a sheet of plastic. She is a repeat customer of Ayers, so called us back to fix the job. Our crew came out for an inspection and determined that the couple would need drainage matting with CleanSpace would be the perfect solution for them. 

Drainage matting is a liner for the crawl space that is placed underneath the CleanSpace plastic liner. If the crawlspace ever floods, the dimpled mat allows water to pass underneath to the drain and sump pump. CleanSpace is a moisture barrier that uses a thick plastic liner along basement and crawl space walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. It also has antibacterial properties that prevent mold and bacteria growth.  Damp air takes more energy to heat and cool. Cutting down on the moisture in the crawl space, in turn, will cut down on how much it costs to heat or cool the home. 

Gabriella and Josh were thrilled that Ayers could come in and get the job done properly. They never have to worry about water, dirt, or animals coming into the crawl space ever again. 

Amelia's crawl space was a mess since there was no protection, just a dirt floor. She called Ayers for our crawl space repair solutions. Jeffrey was having issues with his crawl space as water was leaking in. Jeffrey decided to contact Ayers to explore his options. The team at Ayers conducted an inspection and determined that water was seeping through areas in the foundation, and CleanSpace would eliminate those issues! Linda's crawl space was in need of a good fixer-upper job since it was pure dirt, rubble and cobwebs! She decided to call Ayers for our crawl space repair solutions so we sent a crew for a free inspection. From this it was determined that our CleanSpace solution would clean it right up. First we install our Drainage Matting under the CleanSpace liner. This is a dimpled mat that gives any water flooding into the crawl space a channel to be directed to the sump pump or drainage system. Then we add our CleanSpace liner which is made of a thick, waterproof plastic material that is inorganic. It has a vapor barrier property that rids the crawl space of that excess moisture that leads to mold or bacteria. Linda's crawl space has never looked cleaner!
