We sent our team at Ayers to a home in National City, Michigan, to help a customer encapsulate his dirt crawl space. Outside air and moisture will accumulate without proper protection, leading to detrimental issues in the long run. Our suggestion to Jerry was to install CleanSpace. We placed this antimicrobial waterproof liner along the crawl space floor and walls. The liner provides a vapor barrier between the damp soil and the home. Excess moisture leads to nasty mold and bacteria growth. Jerry's crawl space will remain protected for years to come!

After intermittent water issues in the crawl space - regularly occurring but usually negligible amounts of water - our customer looked into his crawl space to find four inches of standing water.

We drained the water (the before picture is the immediate aftermath, where everything is still nice and soggy) and installed a Smart Sump to help with any future water accumulation, before encapsulating the crawl space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier system and drainage matting.

A curran homeowner called us for some help with their crawlspace. We came to the rescue and insulated our advanced CleanSpace technology.  CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now, this homeowner won't have to worry about a wet crawlspace ever again.

Bill's crawl space was unprotected without proper encapsulation to prevent water vapor and mold. He called Ayers to determine the best course of action for crawl space protection. Our experts concluded a CleanSpace liner would provide the necessary vapor barrier between the damp soil and the home. The liner covers the floor and walls of the crawl space, providing an airtight seal. Water, mold, and outside critters no longer have a habitable environment to thrive in. Bill feels grateful for permanent protection and a more visually appealing crawl space!

Christine noticed her crawl space had a nasty, musty odor due to the dampness down there. She called Ayers for the encapsulation required to keep this space clean and dry. Our crew got to work installing CleanSpace since this liner has a vapor barrier that prevents moisture intrusion from the damp soil. Before we place this heavy-duty waterproof liner on the crawl space floor and walls, we install drainage matting. This dimpled mat allows water to flow under the liner to a sump pump within the ground. The inorganic material of the CleanSpace liner prevents mold or bacteria growth, making Christine's crawl space look and smell much better!
