This Hamilton couple have some settling occurring in their sidewalk near the front porch. They have noticed the settling has been happening slowly over the past couple years but are ready to have the issue fixed before things get worse. PolyLevel, the waterproof foam, is lightweight enough to lift the concrete back to a level position without putting added pressure on the unstable soil. The best part is that the whole installation process and curing time take less than an hour!

A customer in Jones, Michigan came to us with a tall concrete walkway that was by no means level anymore. We came and installed PolyLevel.  Our PolyLevel system worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

A couple from Holton Michigan was seeking a solution to their unleveled sidewalk. Over the years, the sidewalk had become unlevel and a tripping hazard. The couple contacted Ayers and set up an inspection. The team at Ayers concluded that PolyLevel would be an excellent solution for the couple's sidewalk. PolyLevel utilizes a rigid foam injected below the cement, allowing the cement to be raised and leveled. After working with Ayers, the couple's sidewalk looked night and day different and was no longer a tripping hazard!

The concrete slab leading into this Zeeland, MI garage had sunk about 2" on one side and about 1.5" on the other. Using PolyLevel, we were able to lift the slab back into its original position. PolyLevel is the process of injecting high-density polymers into voids beneath the slab through tiny holes drilled in the slab. The voids are filled and the slab is lifted. The holes are then patched and the seams are filled with a joint sealer to help prevent further issues with sinking slabs.

Two concrete slabs meeting at an uneven level is a cause for some concern. Not only does it create an unsightly attraction, but it poses a serious tripping hazard and a popped tire waiting to happen. That's why this family in Zeeland, MI called us. Using our patented PolyLevel injection foam, we were able to raise this slab back to its original position. After the injection, the owners were able to drive on their slab in as little as 15 minutes.
