These Zeeland homeowners had a cracked and settled concrete slab on their front porch and one slab that had washed out underneath. We used PolyLevel foam injection to lift the settling slab and to fill underneath the slab that was washed out. PolyLevel is an injectable foam that is very light but strong enough to hold up concrete and the load on top of it. It is waterproof so it will not wash out or react with soil and the curing time is 15 minutes. It is the perfect solution to walkways, sidewalks, and driveways that have sunk.

Edwin has a front porch step that has dropped and it has been like that for a year or so. He wanted it fixed so he called is for a solution and we came to the rescue with PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a light weight but very strong, waterproof foam. The foam is injected under the concrete to raise it back up to the original position. The foam takes only about 15 minutes to cure so that weight can be put on it in no time.

David and Lauren had one concrete slab that was uneven and causing many people to trip and fall. So our team installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Carla decided to make the call to Ayers because she was worried about her family's safety with the cracks in the concrete by the pool in their backyard. We had a crew take a look and from this inspection it was determined she needed our PolyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair solution. PolyLevel involves injecting the slab with a lightweight foam material that raises the concrete back to its original position. NexusPro Crack Repair is a silicone sealant applied to the concrete to actually fill the cracks and is designed to withstand any harsh weather that will come their way. Now that she has this problem area sealed up, Carla and her family can enjoy quality time in their backyard without worrying about this tripping hazard!

The living room addition floor of this Marcellus, MI home had started to slope downwards (as seen in the before photo). After lifting up the carpet to get a better understanding of the situation, the owners saw that the floor was both sinking and cracked. To raise the floor, the crew pumped PolyLevel - an expanding polymer used to fill in the gaps where soil has settled - below the slab. While PolyLevel is usually used to lift concrete slabs and sidewalks, this addition’s floor was also poured concrete, so raising the floor wouldn’t affect the house’s foundation. The after photo shows the multiple different holes where the injections were made. Now, the owners can rest in this living room without fear of sinking away.
