Concrete Repair for Grand Rapids, MI Driveway that Needed Smoothing

Sonia noticed her driveway was in the beginning stages of separating and becoming uneven. Worried about the cracks getting worse she called Ayers for concrete repair and we sent a team for an inspection. After our crew took a look at her driveway it was settled that PolyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair would smooth out her driveway perfectly. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam injection inserted in the driveway through small holes which will lift and level the driveway. Then we used NexusPro Crack Repair to seal the actual cracks as this is a silicone sealant designed to withstand harsh weather. Sonia was happy to get her driveway smoothed out quickly and more conveniently before it got worse!

PolyLevel Lifts Settled E. Grand Rapids, MI Driveway

Jodie C. called because the cement slab in her garage had several cracks and water was beginning to puddle in the area. She was concerned about the grading and wanted to know where the water was coming from. Unfortunately, the cement slab was settling, causing multiple cracks to form and allowing water to accumulate in the low points of the slab.

In order to level the garage floor and deal with the cracks we installed the PolyLevel system and NexusPro joint sealer.

PolyLevel is used to lift sinking concrete by injecting high-density polymers that expand and lift the slab. Our team first drilled multiple small holes in the slab that we then filled with the lightweight polymers. After about 15 minutes, the polymers expand, which immediately levels the slab. To further ensure the slab does not shift and re-crack, we sealed the cracks with the NexusPro joint sealer. After the installation, the concrete was leveled and Jodie will no longer have to deal with wet and unleveled garage.

PolyLevel Upgrades Cracked Garage Floor in East Grand Rapids, MI

A customer from East Grand Rapids had a garage that was not level at all and that caused her a lot of frustration (can you really blame her). They're were so many cracks in her garage from settling in poor foundation soil, it became a hazard. Luckily, we knew exactly how to fix this with our PolyLevel technology.

PolyLevel is a polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete to make it level and stronger than ever before.  PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

PolyLevel Raises Sunken Grand Rapids, MI Walkway

Deb’s front walkway of her Grand Rapids, MI started to sink a few years ago. Recently, it’s gotten much worse, sinking 9 inches in some places. Animals have started to burrow underneath and it has become a major safety hazard. Deb called Ayers for an inspection and our crew decided that PolyLevel and NexusPro would solve her problems instantly.

The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years.

Deb was ecstatic with the work done by the Ayers crew. She was so happy to finally not have to worry about her friends and family tripping while they walk up to her house!

PolyLevel Evens Walkway in Kentwood, MI

One look at the first picture, and the issue is apparent: very uneven and sinking concrete. Not only was this a serious tripping hazard, but the uneven concrete was also causing draining issues outside of this Kentwood home. Our slab repair specialist knew that this uneven concrete was no match for the PolyLevel system. This state of the art approach to fixing uneven concrete works by strategically injecting high-density, waterproof polymers into the slab. After the slab injections, NexusPro joint sealant was added to direct surface water away from the joints of the home, in order to prevent any future problems. Because of PolyLevel’s quick curing time, within 15 minutes of installation, this concrete walkway not only received a quick makeover, but was also ready to be walked (not tripped) on.
