This Grand Rapids home has a concrete walkway that connects their driveway to their front porch. They were experiencing some settling concrete in the walkway creating an uneven surface. The owner wanted it fixed so there would not be any trip hazards. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete slabs and level out the sidewalk. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam that is stable and waterproof so it won't wash out or react with the soil underneath. We then used NexusPro to seal the cracks and keep debris from degrading the slab below. The sealant is designed to withstand harsh weather so it won't dry out or crack. Both NexusPro and PolyLevel dry in a fraction of the time as other solutions so the installation is not an inconvenience to the homeowners. 

We got a call from a business in Grand Rapids that needed help leveling their concrete, because they didnt want to break the bank getting a new walkway. We drove to grand rapids and decided to install our PolyLevel technology, which is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete to re-level it and reinforce it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

Ted came to Ayers looking to fix the cement by his front door. Over the years of living there, large cracks had formed, and the cement ultimately became a tripping hazard. Ted reached out to Ayers to find a permanent solution for the cement. A System Design Specialist determined that the cement had settled and suggested PolyLevel as it would rise and stabilize the cement.

PolyLevel inserts foam below the cement through little holes, which expand and allow the cement to rise and become level again! Additionally, Ted opted to have Nexus Joint Sealant and Crack Repair applied on the cement to take care of the rest of the issues! Ted was happy that the cement was fixed and how good it looked!
