One morning we received a call from two local homeowners in Charlotte, MI. They informed us that their stone foundation wall was beginning to crack and crumble. These homeowners were worried that their problems would progressively worsen and one day their foundation would totally collapse! These new friends of ours explored our website, read reviews and thought possibly we could provide solutions for their foundation problems. The two of them quickly found out that having their foundation entirely rebuilt was something that they just couldn’t handle financially. We came out to their home and prescribed Shotcrete to remedy their foundation issues at a rather affordable cost. This Charlotte business had some cracked and sinking concrete in their handicap ramp. The uneven concrete is causing issues with some of the people that go there. We used PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete in the ramp. This lightweight foam does not add more pressure to the already unstable soil beneath the concrete slabs. To fix some cracks that are within the concrete slabs, we used NexusPro. This sealant keeps water and debris from getting under the the concrete and degrading it from below. Both dry in a fraction of the time compared to other solutions so it is not an inconvenience for the business! 

Eric and his wife want to stay in this home for a while and raise their family in it. They had some water issues that needed to be addressed and now some sinking concrete. We waterproofed their basement earlier this year but now they are ready to move onto the sidewalk. This sidewalk had fallen about 5 inches and is becoming a trip hazard. We used PolyLevel to lift and level the sidewalk so that it was safe to walk on. This lightweight foam does not add pressure to soil that is already unstable so the concrete will remain lifted. It is also waterproof so the homeowners do not have to worry about it being washed away. The foam only takes about 15 minutes to cure so the sidewalk is usable in no time!

Mike called Ayers after noticing the cracks in his uneven driveway were getting worse. After our crew took a look at these issues it was settled that he needed PolyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair. PolyLevel will lift and level the concrete with its lightweight foam injection. Then NexusPro Crack Repair was used to actually seal the cracks with its silicone sealant that is designed to withstand harsh weather. This sealant and foam remedy will fix these issues much quicker and more conveniently for him. Mike was happy to have his driveway leveled and sealed up to protect his home!

A customer in Potterville was concerned by some unlevel slabs on the walkway of her backyard. So we came take a look at it, and decided to install PolyLevel which is a polymer injection foam that levels and strengthens the concrete. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
