Carl was on the search for repair solutions that would take care of his cracked concrete driveway when he saw that Ayers did concrete repairs, so he gave us a call. We had a crew come to his home to inspect the area and from there they concluded he needed PolyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair. PolyLevel will lift and level the concrete slabs to create a safe, even surface. It is a lightweight injectable foam that is waterproof and stable. Then with NexusPro Crack Repair this will actually seal the cracks in his driveway with its silicone sealant and will withstand harsh weather.

A couple from Dimondale, MI, sought a solution to the cement around their pole barn. Over time the couple noticed the cement cracked and was getting worse until they contacted Ayers. The team at Ayers conducted an inspection and determined the cement had settled, causing portions to drop down and crack.

Luckily Ayers had a quick and easy solution for them: PolyLevel Injection! This process injects a sprayable foam below the cement, allowing the installation crew to rise and level the cement permanently! Lastly, the team finished the approach with Nexus Joint Sealant, which covers and seals the cracks, offering a better look!

Robert and Kim's driveway was extremely uneven and was sinking in several places. Besides it being a major safety concern, the uneven driveway was an eyesore. They called Ayers for an inspection and we determined that PolyLevel would correct their problem instantly. 

The PolyLevel System is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. Robert and Kim were grateful to finally have this problem fixed. 

Rob was worried about the small wall crack he had in his wall spreading so he decided to take action. He called Ayers for possible solutions and we sent out a crew for a free inspection. After scanning this wall crack over, it was decided that Rob would need our FlexiSpan solution.

The benefit of FlexiSpan being that this is the best option to tackle small wall cracks before they spread into something worse. It is especially nice if you are not looking to pay for a full remodel. This solution is made of a watertight, flexible sealant that covers the entire length of the crack. Then another drainage layer is added so that if water did permeate the membrane, it would flow down the original wall out of sight and would be directed to your drainage system. As you can see in the after picture, our WaterGuard System was added below the FlexiSpan solution on the wall which is a sub-floor drainage system for any water to flow.

Rob was thrilled to have this wall crack sealed before it jeopardized the safety of his home!

Dan W. has a patio they use for entertaining guests but unfortunately their deck was beginning to sink. It sunk about 3 inches so the family caught the issue early.
