From Crumbling to Strong: Restoring a Historic Hillsdale, MI Foundation
This 1800s Hillsdale building has seen a lot over the years, but time has taken its toll. Its stone foundation was weakening, the dirt-floor basement was damp, and water intrusion threatened its future. With plans to transform the space into an investment firm, the owner also needed the basement to be a reliable storage area.
