Warren, MI Driveway Lifted and Leveled

A homeowner in Warren, MI has lived in their house for the last 20 years. Throughout that time, some of the concrete slabs from their driveway and patio have been sinking and moving. They suspect this is due to the weight of having a trailer parked there. The homeowner knew they wanted to make sure their garage, driveway, and patio were even. So, they reached out to HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair for a free inspection and estimate.

Yann, a project manager for HomeSpec went out to the Warren, MI household and took a detailed account of the concrete throughout the property. He shared with the homeowner that the best solution for lifting the concrete slabs would be to use PolyLevel® Injection Foam. After the area was leveled then the PolyLevel foreman would seal the joints using NexusPro sealant. This would protect the driveway and patio from the elements and provide a clean aesthetic. The homeowner agreed to this plan and scheduled a crew to install the products. The team was led by a foreman named Fred. Once the crew was done, they made sure the homeowner was happy with the final result.

Sidewalk Corrected to be Level with Driveway

The concrete surrounding a Warren, MI home was unlevel in various spots across the property. The homeowner contacted HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair for a free inspection. At first, their biggest concern was the slabs in front of the garage because they would regularly have a trailer parked there. However, while the HomeSpec project manager was conducting the inspection, they found that more areas were sinking as well. Specifically, the walkway from the driveway to the front door. The homeowner agreed on a repair plan that would address all of their concrete leveling needs.

A foreman who specializes in concrete repair, Fred, led a team in the installation process. First, they drilled holes through the slabs to access the underside of the walkway. Then, they used PolyLevel® Injection Foam to lift the concrete slabs until they were even across the entire path. Finally, the crew sealed the joints using NexusPro sealant. They continued this process on the driveway and garage. When they had completed the project, the homeowner was happy with the work of the HomeSpec crew.

Severe Concrete Cracks Repaired in Almont, MI

This homeowner in Almont, MI saw that their patio was creating trip hazards. They also noted that water was not running off in the right direction, if at all, which was causing damage and puddles on some concrete slabs. Neither of these issues would get better with time, only worse, so the homeowner called HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair.

HomeSpec provided a free inspection because the homeowner was present. Throughout the inspection, HomeSpec’s project manager took pictures to highlight the worst cracking and unleveled areas. After an in-depth discussion with the homeowner, the project manager recommended PolyLevel® Injection Foam to level the areas that have sunk and need to direct the water runoff. He also recommended the concrete protection system using NexusPro sealant.

The homeowner agreed with this proposal and HomeSpec scheduled a crew. The team was led by foreman Domonique. Working together, they were able to complete the project in just a few short days. The patio was now not only leveled and free of trip hazards as desired, but the joints were also protected from UV rays, harsh weather conditions, and weeds.

Roseville, MI - Cracked and Sunken Driveway Lifted, Leveled, and Sealed

The unlevel concrete had caused damage to one of their cars. The homeowner wanted to leave the house to their son one day so the property needed this maintenance. They called HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair for a free inspection.

The project manager, Noah, looked at all of the concrete on the property and came up with a plan. Meanwhile, Rick, another foreman, led the process of pouring new concrete in two specific spots. Together, they were able to completely revive the driveway.
