Jeremy put together a thorough plan to permanently repair Adam’s foundation using wall anchors.

Our production crew started installing the wall anchors by drilling small holes through his foundation walls and inserting long metal rods. They also dug small holes in the soil surrounding the home that lined up with the holes drilled in the walls. Then, they secured both ends of the rods with anchor plates and tightened them. The installation only took a couple of days to complete, and now Adam’s foundation is permanently stabilized.

A nervous homeowner in Wimbledon, ND, hoped to stabilize their home properly. After comparing many companies, American Waterworks stood apart from the rest. From the interior foundation, our team inserted long, metal rods from the inside to the outside to where the holes were dug. Our team screwed on and tightened an anchor to the end of each rod, extending out to the compacted soil beyond their home, anchored themselves there, and braced the foundation wall. To complete the installation, our team backfilled each hole, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard was neater than when they found it.
