TripleSafe Pump Redirects Water in Richardton, ND Home
Lauren, a homeowner in Richardton, ND, wanted some support in the basement space of her home. She was afraid that if the issues of damp spaces and musty smells were left unresolved, she would run the risk of doing serious damage to her basement. When she called in, we set her up with a FREE estimate. Shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property. Once he completed his walkthrough, he recommended how we could help. Lauren was confident in the plan, and an installation date was set.
First, our Foreman Dylan and his team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, to direct water away from the home's foundation so that it would not leak back into the basement, the team added a discharge line from the North end of the basement near the sump system and out into the yard.
We also installed the patented IceGuard® system, an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation if the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged. Once the job was done, our customer was happy to know that the basement had been transformed, and she no longer had to worry about water intrusion!
Basement Waterproofed in Williston, ND
Molly T. of Williston, ND had water leaking into her finished basement after every time it rained. She had American Waterworks come out to her home to install our interior drainage system called WaterGuard. This system is designed to prevent mud clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, guide water to the sump pump so it can discharge out of the basement, and it has easily accessible service ports for maintenance purposes. Molly was thrilled with the work and was grateful we were able to help her in her time of need.

After some investigating, the homeowner discovered the origin of the noise was the sump pump. To prevent this issue from continuing, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional to provide them with a solution. The homeowner looked into "best sump pumps on the market," and one of the first companies to catch their attention was us, American Waterworks. After taking a closer look at our sump pump lineup and services, the homeowner knew this was their best option. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ian, to the home to take a closer look. Ian promptly arrived at the home and began his thorough investigation of the basement and sump pump. Once he completed the inspection, Ian confirmed the sump pump required replacement. Ian recommended installing the TripleSafe, one of the most elite sump pumps on the market. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Ian's recommendations. Damp Crawl Space Gets Encapsulated in Epping, ND
Cameron, from Epping, ND got in contact with us when he began to notice a musty smell and humid air radiating from his crawl space beneath the home. When he called our office, we set him up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property to assess the situation. After he completed his walkthrough, he informed Cameron that excess water was entering the space through cracks and holes in the foundation. He also assessed the relative humidity (RH) of the space was measured at 57.34%, and informed Cameron that we recommend taking action at any RH level above 55%. Ian also made some recommendations as to how we could help fix the issue. First, Ian recommended our drainage matting; a dimpled matting that gets installed onto the floor of the crawl space, giving any excess water a route to flow through the space and be disposed of at an external site such as a drain or a sump system. Ian's second recommendation was our CleanSpace vapor barrier, a 100% waterproof tarp that works to trap any excess moisture in the space, redirecting it to the appropriate disposal site. Our customer agreed with the recommendations and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Kevin, and his team ended up installing 1372 sqft of the CleanSpace and another 1,296 sqft of drainage matting in the crawl space. Now our customer can enjoy his space without worrying about water intrusion!
