Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Kiko and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, Kiko and his crew shifted outside and attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.  The homeowner was relieved to know their home was properly secured and safe from future water intrusion. After the Foamax was secured, the crew installed spray foam near the top of the walls. Diego and his crew successfully encapsulated the entire crawl space, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to encapsulate their customer's crawl spaces. 

David and Heidi L. of Coon Valley, WI had their annual service appointment with our Service Technician, Darin. Darin examined their system and ensured everything was working properly.
