Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, making a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain which is the most common interior drainage system that we provide for homeowners. It has easily accessible service ports, prevents water and mud clogs, and it collects water waste from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which prevents mold and mildew, covers holes and divots in the walls, and gives the basement a neat, fresh appearance. To complete the work, our crew filled the open gaps in the floor with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space looked neater than when they found it.

Emmanuel and his crew traveled to the home and began by installing the WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew attached CleanSpace to half of the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew finished the project by attaching an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
