Matt L. of Lismore, MN had water leaking into his basement and underneath the carpet, making him feel nervous living in his own home. He called American Waterworks and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton. Eric went to his home to inspect the basement and come up with a solution. Matt was confident in Eric's design and quote, so he went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his team started the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which collects water seepage from basement walls and serves as an underground drain that leads to outside. Next, our team installed our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. These panels are made to provide a dry and energy-efficient basement, and it creates a warm, protective blanket that will never rot and or support mold growth. To complete the installation, our crew laid a rock in the open gaps and replaced the concrete, leaving the basement looking neater than when they found it. Brittany, from Courtenay, ND, had experienced water in her basement too many times to count. Then, they installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, and our SuperSump Plus pump. Water now drains through the WaterGuard into the sump pump. The team also implemented our LawnScape Outlet, which is a pipe buried from the downspout that lets water outside onto the surface of the lawn while camouflaging the end of the pipe. This helps get water away from the exterior of the home. Lastly, the crew finished the project by filling the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area. A homeowner in Courtenay, ND, was relaxing in their basement when they noticed wet spots throughout their floors. A homeowner in Kathryn, ND, found that their basement walls were beginning to crack and deteriorate. The homeowner sought a solution to the issues before putting their home on the market.
