Sandra, from Forman, ND had started noticing water finding its way into her basement. She suspected leaky walls were the cause and wanted to fix the issue before there was any serious damage done. She researched companies in the area providing the services she was looking for and found our company. When she called in, she was able to take advantage of her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Richie, headed out to the property to complete his inspection. Once he concluded, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could help Sandra. First, Richie wanted to use our TripleSafe Sump Pump to help relieve the basement of heavy water intrusion. He explained that our TripleSafe is our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. Richie also wanted to use our CleanSpace as he found that water was entering through cracks in the wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Next, the crew attached PowerBraces and CleanSpace to the foundation walls. Next, the plans were sent to our Field Supervisor, Rene, and his crew. First, Rene and his crew laid Drainage Matting on the basement floor. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace on the floors and walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Next, our team installed our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. To complete the installation, our crew laid a rock in the open gaps and replaced the concrete, leaving the basement looking neater than when they found it. Then, they installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, and our SuperSump Plus pump. Water now drains through the WaterGuard into the sump pump. The team also implemented our LawnScape Outlet, which is a pipe buried from the downspout that lets water outside onto the surface of the lawn while camouflaging the end of the pipe. This helps get water away from the exterior of the home. Lastly, the crew finished the project by filling the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area.
