Wet Basement and Tilting Foundation Wall in Lamberton, MN
A homeowner in Lamberton, MN was experiencing unstable foundation walls and water seeping into her basement. She had read about American Waterworks in the newspaper and decided to reach out to us. Shortly after she contacted us, our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went onsite to give her a free estimate. He developed a thorough plan to waterproof and stabilize her basement.
To waterproof her basement, we installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard which drains the water properly to the TripleSafe sump pump. We also installed Foamax wall insulation which creates a warmer, brighter basement while preventing wall condensation.
To stabilize her basement, we installed 10 PowerBraces against the walls to secure the foundation.

Leaking Basement Fix in Granite Falls, MN
Gene and Sharon B. of Granite Falls, MN had a wet basement, causing him to worry about damage to property and other water problems. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to their home, carefully inspected their basement, and drew out a plan that worked for them and their home repair needs. They were confident in Ryan's proposal and they got all of their questions answered so they moved forward with the project and scheduled a date for the installation.
Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water leakage from basement walls, and serves as an underground drain. Next, Matt and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and mildew, cover any holes or divots, and give the basement a bright and clean appearance. To finish the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space was cleaner than when they found it. Gene and Sharon were happy with the project and couldn't believe the transformation from beginning to end!

Basement Repair Contractor in Davenport, ND
A female homeowner in Davenport, ND had a damp and musty room in her newly constructed basement, and she wanted to get it waterproofed as soon as possible. She heard about American Waterworks, so she got a FREE Estimate scheduled with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to the homeowner's house, inspected their basement, and proposed our replacement of concrete and our SuperSump Sump Pump System. The homeowner was confident in Richie's proposal, so she signed the contract and determined a date for the installation.
Our Foreman, Cameron Phrakonekham, and his production team started the installation by installing our SuperSump Sump Pump System, followed by the discharge line. Cameron applied 136 square feet of concrete over the floor, which gives the basement a clean, finishing touch. To complete the installation, our team gave a thorough walkthrough with the homeowner and ensured all of her questions were answered.
