A Sleepy Eye, MN, homeowner was struggling with a damp basement after heavy rainfall. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he decided to begin the search for a basement waterproofing company in Minnesota. Once he found our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan W, headed out to the home. 

After Dylan arrived, he got right to work assessing the basement and trying to find the source of the leaking. Once Dylan completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Dylan explained that the water was entering the home through cracks in the floor, and therefore, he wanted to address the situation with several of our products: WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and our AprilAire dehumidifier.
