Our Design Specialist, Tom Ringeisen, went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Lucinda and Dave got all their questions answered so they scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and installing our SuperSump Sump Pump System, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time. Josh from Henning, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice his foundation was showing signs of sinkage. Josh could see visible cracking and wanted to get ahead of the issue before it could create a bigger problem. Next, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the wood posts with SmartJacks. After all the basement products were installed, the crew attached the IceGuard to the outside discharge line. The crew put the basement back in order and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their basement was dry and secure. Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production crew started the installation by breaking out the floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drain, prevents mud clogs, and catches water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that prevents water from seeping into the basement, saves money on energy costs, and gives the basement a neat and bright appearance. To finish the install, our team filled the open-floor gaps with rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean.
