Following a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Hartland, MN, noticed their basement was leaking water. Worried this could turn into a major issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional to find a solution. The homeowner looked into "who to call for a basement leak," and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our ratings, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. A few days later, the Design Specialist promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, the Design Specialist confirmed that the exterior walls needed to be fully waterproofed. After sharing their findings, the homewoner, this was the best plan of action. After the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew traveled to the home to begin by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete in the corner of the basement and installing our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump. Edgar and his grew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Roxy had a great experience from start to finish, and no longer has to worry about water leaks! 

Thomas M. from New Richland, MN had water seeping into his basement that was coming up through his floor. Our production team installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe sump pump that was connected to the drainage system. The TripleSafe is our most reliable pump because it has three pumps and it is protected with a battery backup. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Thomas is thrilled that his basement has been a dry, healthier space since having our system installed.
