Our crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, the crew focused on installing the waterproofing products in the basement.  First, the crew installed the WaterGuard in the northern section of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew installed a feedline across the basement floor. Next, the crew installed the CleanSpace Wall System onto the entire north wall and sections of the west and east wall. Then, SprayFoam is injected into the upper section of the walls. After the basement waterproofing was completed, the crew moved on to installing CleanSpace into the crawl space. After all the products were successfully installed, the crew cleaned up their site and was able to leave the home. The homeowners were grateful for all the great work the crew completed. Water was leaking into a basement in Fosston, MN causing problems such as water moisture, humidity problems, and other kinds of water damage. The owners called American Waterworks and talked to our office line about our basement waterproofing repair products. Our Foreman and his team began the process by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs, act as an underground drain in collaboration with the sump pump, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it.
