Our Foreman, Austin Lucas, and his production crew installed 112 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement, and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard to the sump pump, and from there, it is expelled from the home. Rita was happy with the results, and glad she chose to invest in the long-term protection of her home. 

A homeowner in Rockford, IA, knew it was almost time for their annual service appointment. To confirm their appointment, the homeowner contacted our Service team. Our service team confirmed the appointment and shared that one of our Service Technicians, Braden, would be attending the appointment. A few weeks later, the appointment date arrived and Braden traveled to the home to begin. During his inspection, Braden checked to make sure all of the products were working correctly. Once the Drainage Matting was secured, they shifted their focus to installing CleanSpace on top of the Drainage Matting. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity, it guides the water into the WaterGuard System, and it gives the space a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, Corey and his crew installed seven of our PowerBraces around the wall perimeter, which is a patented wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten the wall over time. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open floor gaps with river rock, applied new concrete over it, and did a final walkthrough with Chad to make sure he was happy with the outcome, which he was!
