A homeowner in Nora Springs, IA, was inspecting their basement following a heavy rain and they noticed several water damage spots throughout. Extremely concerned about the long-term effects it would have on their home, the homeowner knew they needed to find a long-term solution. During the hunt for the perfect waterproofing company, the homeowner came across our website and saw our impressive reviews and ratings. After seeing our amazing ratings, the homeowner knew we were the best option for them and their home. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Brian, to take a closer look. Brian arrived at the home, introduced himself to the homeowner, and began his thorough investigation of the foundation. During his inspection, Brian confirmed the basement was suffering from water intrusion and needed to be fully waterproofed. Brian presented his proposal to the homeowner and they agreed with his suggestions. Next, Brian passed the plans along to the office, so the project could be built. After the project was built, Raul and his crew traveled to the home to begin the waterproofing installation. First, Raul and his crew began by installing WaterGuard around the entire perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew dug a feedline across the basement floor. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. After the sump pump was replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to ensure its customers' basements are properly waterproofed.

Dennis O. in Hayward, MN had water seeping into his basement that was causing damage to his home and it was making the space unlivable. Dennis decided it was time to seek help from a professional waterproofing contractor, so he began to research local companies. He came across American Waterworks and was pleased to see that we offer FREE onsite inspections, so he set an appointment.

One of our Design Specialists, Mike Radosevich, went to his home to evaluate the situation and find a solution. Mike developed a thorough plan to waterproof his entire basement for a lifetime. Dennis felt that Mike’s plan was the best fit for his needs, so he moved forward with the installation.
