Mitch decided to call us for a free estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, to his home to inspect the problem and design a solution. Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of Mitch’s basement, and the concrete where they needed to install the new sump pump. Then, they laid our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter and a feed line through the middle of the basement floor. The WaterGuard and feed line properly drain water to the sump pump, instead of the water pooling in his basement. Once the water reaches the sump pump, it is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Mitch was very pleased with the work that the crew did! He is glad he chose to invest in his home and protect his basement for the long-term.

Then, the crew installed the drainage matting and CleanSpace on the floors and walls. Next, the crew installed foamax on the block walls. Finally, spray foam was inserted into the rim joist. The crew successfully encapsulated the entire crawl space. The homeowners were thankful that the musty smell had been removed from the basement. Finally, the crew installed a buried discharge line. Once all the products were successfully installed, the crew cleaned up their products and left the home.
