She had an old sump pump that was not able to keep up after heavy rains and snow melt. Eric met with Marge, evaluated the situation, and designed a unique solution for her home. Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying 104 feet of our Waterguard drainage system. Next, the crew installed our UltraSump sump pump and battery backup system and 2 feet of our Cleanspace vapor barrier along the walls. Any water seepage coming through the wall will be directed down into the drainage system, guided to the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line.
