This drain functions to give water running down the wall and water coming up through the floor a channel to flow to a disposal site. While Tim had been in the basement, he had noticed the basement sump pump was old and outdated. So he recommended the installation of our SuperSump plus sump pump, an economical yet effective choice to rid a basement of water. Finally, Tim suggested the installation of our Foamax basement wall insulation and finishing panels, saying that insulating your basement walls with Foamax provides comfort and energy bill savings while making your walls look clean and bright.
