In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Ryan M., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection. During the inspection, he took a close look at the basement, identified where the leaks were, and which walls needed stabilizing. He also took a close look at the layout of the home to determine the best placement of our radon mitigation system. A Red Lake, MN, homeowner had noticed a peculiar smell wafting through his home. Try as he may, he could not find the source of the odor. After a heavy night of rain, he realized that it might not be something in the home that was expired but potentially something in his crawl space beneath the home. To complete the installation, Edgar and his team covered the open-floor gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean.
