We recommended that we install WaterGuard, a lateral line, and a TripleSafe sump pump. She was pleased with our design and the proposal, so she scheduled to have our waterproofing system installed.

Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying the WaterGuard drainage system and a lateral liner. Then, they installed the sump pump in the corner of the basement and filed back the gaps of the drainage system and sump pump with rock. Lastly, they replaced the concrete, The WaterGuard now properly drains water to the sump pump, which then discharges it from the home. Mary was happy with the result and she is thrilled she can now enjoy a dry basement!

Juan and his crew arrived at the home and began the installation. First, Juan and his crew installed Geolock Wall Anchors on the walls. Next, the crew shifted their focus to installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Finally, the crew secured an Aprilaire in the basement. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the crew’s excellent work ethic.
