Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, went to her home to inspect the issue and come up with a solution. Ann got all of her questions answered, so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and his crew member drilled holes in the concrete and injected our PolyLevel into each hole to raise and stabilize the concrete surface. A homeowner in Loretto, MN, felt it was about time to resolve the large gap between their concrete steps and the sidewalk leading to their home. To fill these cracks, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant. After all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew was able to clean up the job site and leave the home. Donnie A., the President of a townhome association in Delano, MN, had previously met with one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, and was impressed with his professionalism and the products American Waterworks has to offer. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The board members and homeowners were thrilled with the results and happy they can enjoy beautiful and level concrete for years to come!
