A homeowner in Kasota, MN, knew it was time to repair their damaged and uneven steps. Worried this could turn into a major tripping hazard, the homewoner knew they needed to find a professional who could provide them with a proper solution. The homeowner looked into "fixing concrete steps," and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, our Design Specialist, Lance, traveled to the home to begin the inspection. During the inspection, Lance discovered the steps were sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Lance recommended inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Knowing this was the best plan, the homeowner agreed and worked with Lance to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Dylon and his crew inserted PolyLevel below the sinking sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeonwer was delighted to know their steps were properly lifted and leveled. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customers' sunken and damaged concrete.

Cracked and Sunken Driveway Gets Sealed Up In Blomkest, MN
Karen's driveway was uneven and had significant cracks, and she wanted to fix the problem before it worsened. She called American Waterworks and claimed her FREE estimate for a thorough inspection. Our Design Specialist, Skylar, headed to the property to inspect the driveway and recommend solutions to prevent the concrete slab from worsening. Once completed, Skylar recommended Karen invest in our PolyLevel solution and finish with our NexusPro solution. She got all her questions answered and agreed with the solution, and the team came out to her home shortly after.
Led by Foreman Patrick, our poly crew then strategically drilled holes into the concrete slabs that had sinkage to inject the PolyLevel Solution. The PolyLevel solution is an expanding polyurethane foam injected underneath the concrete slabs to fill the voids underneath the slab caused by soil erosion. Once the polyurethane was injected, the crew finished the project by sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution.
