Uneven Front Walkway Gets Lifted in Lonsdale, MN

A homeowner from Lonsdale, MN, got in contact with us when she decided it was time to fix an uneven portion of her front walkway. She had heard from a friend that uneven concrete can impact the resale of a home and wanted to make sure that, when the time was right, her house would be in tip-top shape. On the referral of a friend, she decided to call American Waterworks to see what could be done. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dave S, headed out to the home to complete her FREE estimate inspection into the issue.

Once Dave completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could fix her sinking concrete issue using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that our process is complete with the application of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete, preventing any unwanted elements from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work, and the project was scheduled for a few weeks later.

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan T, headed out to the home and completed the job to the customer's satisfaction. Once the job was complete, our customer was thrilled to know that her curb appeal had been restored!
