Falling Apart Foundation Repaired in Mounds, MN

A homeowner in Mounds, MN, knew it was time to have their foundation permanently repaired. Overwhelmed by all the options, the homeowner decided to visit HomeAdvisor to see which company stood out over the rest. After looking through all the companies, the homeowners saw that American Waterworks was the highest-rated out of them all. The homeowner visited our website and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the FREE estimate was set, one of our Design Specialist, Nick, arrived at the home to begin the estimation. Once he was complete, Nick determined that the foundation was in desperate need of stabilization, and the concrete floors required lifting and leveling. Nick recommended a solution to the homeowners that would save the basement from failure. After contemplating their options, the homeowner determined that this was their best option and went through with Nick's recommendations. Once the plans were approved, a crew was assigned to complete the job. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the project. First, the crew focused on stabilizing the crumbling foundation. The crew installed three GeoLock anchors on the northwest wall. Once the GeoLocks were in place, the crew utilized the PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete floor. Next, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant to fill the various cracks and joints throughout the concrete. After all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew was able to clean up the project site and leave the home. The homeowners were grateful that their foundation was saved from possible failure. Cracked and Uneven Driveway Restored in Medford, MN

Lester S. in Medford, MN had uneven concrete slabs throughout his driveway, and he felt there were not properly supported. He wanted to have a professional take a look at it, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Don Mancilman, went onsite to inspect his concrete driveway and design the right solution. Our concrete repair experts began the process by drilling penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, they injected the polymer foam until the concrete was raised and leveled back to its original position. Lastly, they sealed all the cracks and seams in the driveway with our Nexus Pro sealant to give the driveway a beautiful, finished look. Sunken Stoop Raised in Maple Plain, MN

Mark V. in Maple Plain, MN had a sunken front stoop that was sloping downwards towards his house, and one of the steps had sunk a couple of inches. He contacted us for a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, to his home to provide him with a solution. Kevin assured him that we could level and raise his stoop using our PolyLevel foam injection. Mark was pleased to learn that our concrete repair solution is durable, faster, and more affordable than traditional concrete repair, and he moved forward with the installation. 

One of our PolyLevel experts, Troy Johnson, and his Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled pencil-sized holes into his concrete stoop where it needed to be raised. Then, they injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, they filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro crack repair and sealant. The process was non-invasive, and it only took a couple of hours. Mark was impressed with the entire process and is happy he can enjoy a level stoop for years to come!

Unlevel Patio Raised in Maple Plain, MN

A homeowner in Maple Plain, MN, knew it was time to have the patio underneath their deck repaired. They were worried it would affect the stabilization of the deck, so the homeowner began searching for an expert to provide them with a solution. The homeowner was overwhelmed with all their options, so they asked a local Facebook group for any suggestions. Several of the members recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our company. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Nick. Once Nick arrived at the home, he began his detailed inspection of the concrete. Nick completed the entire inspection and determined the concrete was sinking due to soil settlement. Additionally, Nick recommended permanently stabilizing the deck with our piering products. The homeowner agreed with Nick's suggestions, so he forwarded them to our office for the final stamp of approval. After the office approved the plans, they were sent to our Foreman, Dylon and Jesus, and their crews. First, Jesus and his crew traveled to the home to install two Helical Piers underneath the deck. After Jesus and his crew installed the Helical Piers, the crew could shift their focus to repairing the sunken concrete. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew took their turn lifting the patio back to its original level. The crew utilized PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, to level the patio.  Once the lift was complete, Dylon and his crew shifted their focus to filing the joints using the NexusPro Joint Repair, a silicone-based solution. Since the entire project was complete, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Concrete Lifted and Repaired in Sauk Rapids, MN

Our Foremen, Jake and Dylon, applied our SealantPro over the concrete surface, which is a special spray-protection that prevents any damage from dirt, water, or other earth contaminants. Next, our PolyLevel was injected, which is a unique foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete that are caused by soil erosion and stabilizes the concrete so it's level. Lastly, our crew applied our NexusPro over the concrete cracks, which prevents water from seeping underneath the concrete and it gives the concrete a very clean, neat finishing touch. Jeff was happy with the work that was done and loved the view of his new concrete from across the street!
