A homeowner in Chatfield, MN, noticed their front concrete patio was pulling away from their front steps. After the plans were approved they were directed to the office. The office settled the final plans and they were given to our Foreman, Patrick. Patrick and his crew traveled to the home to start the project. First, they started by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sinking patio. The PolyLevel will lift and level the sunken slab immediately. After the PolyLevel was installed, the patio was lifted to its original position. The crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. A homeowner from Ellsworth, WI, was dealing with a cracked, uneven patio. Not wanting to have to deal with trip hazards in her space, she decided to begin the search for a company that could fix the problem. One night, she saw one of our ads on TV and decided to give us a call. She set up her FREE estimate and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Canon T, headed out to the home. 

Once Canon finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his findings. Canon explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. Our PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifts the slab back into place. He went on to say that we finish our lifts by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent unwanted moisture and debris from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and the job was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.
