PolyLevel Lifts and Restores Concrete in Rose Creek, MN

Joe L. in Rose Creek, MN contacted American Waterworks after seeing one of our yard signs in his neighbor’s yard. The sidewalk along his house was settling and guiding water towards the foundation after any rain or melting snow. He was interested in our PolyLevel concrete repair option, and was happy to learn how quick, affordable, and non-invasive it was.

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and cleaned up their work area. Concrete Step Repaired in Rose Creek, MN

In Rose Creek, MN, a homeowner's step outside their garage door was unbalanced and needed to be stabilized. Concerned that it was a trip hazard, the homeowner knew they needed a solution. After seeing American Waterworks on the Fox 47 News Channel, they contacted our Appointment Center to schedule their FREE concrete estimate with one of our concrete experts. In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Tom W., visited their home to examine the step and devise a solution. After noticing signs of soil washout, the process in which water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright, Tom showed the homeowner his findings. To effectively lift the sunken slabs back to their original position and eliminate the trip hazard, Tom recommended using PolyLevel, our poly foam expanding solution, which is designed to lift sunken slabs within minutes. Confident in the proposal and our team, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Brandon W, and his production team arrived at the home for the installation. The crew injected our PolyLevel, a dense and fast-curing foam, underneath the concrete slabs to lift and stabilize the surface. The homeowners were thrilled with the outcome and could have peace of mind!
