Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Michel, one of our Design Specialists. Once Michel arrived, he greeted the homeowner and began the estimate appointment. Michel recommended that the joints be cleaned and replaced to give the driveway a new look. The homeowner agreed and a solution was sent to our Foreman, Troy, and his crew. When they arrived at the home, Troy and his crew started by taking out all of the bad joints throughout the driveway. Once the old joints were taken out, the crew replaced them with the NexusPro Sealant. Next, the crew cleaned all the leftover joints. Once all the joints were refreshed, the crew applied the SealantPro over the driveway. After the SealantPro was installed the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. A homeowner in Winona, MN, knew it was time to have their falling-apart driveway repaired. Once Troy and his crew received the plans, they traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Troy and his crew started by lifting the driveway using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam solution. After the driveway was lifted, the crew replaced all the driveway joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. A homeowner from Winona, MN, was dealing with a sunken driveway. Because the driveway had sunken so much, the homeowner would need to step on the gas to enter the garage and then immediately slam on the brakes to ensure they didn't hit the wall of the garage. Once Will completed his inspection of the concrete, he informed the homeowner that we could fix the issue with the help of our PolyLevel concrete lifting method. Will explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lift the slabs back into place. He went on to say that our lifts are completed with the application of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete and works to prevent debris or moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and work began a few weeks later.

After calling our appointment center, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Service Technician, Edgar. After Edgar arrived at the home, he began inspecting the WaterGuard system that was already installed in the home. Edgar completed the inspection and the system passed with flying colors. Since Edgar was at the home, the homeowner asked about fixing a raised sidewalk. Edgar inspected the concrete and noticed several areas required lifting, the sidewalk and the garage apron. Once he found the problem areas, he could provide the homeowner with a suggested solution. The homeowner agreed and the plans were sent to the office for approval. After they were finalized, they were sent to our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew. Ryan and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the installed PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the sidewalk and garage apron. Once the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew shifted their focus to inserting NexusPro on the damaged sidewalk joints. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the lawn cleaner than before. The homeowner was grateful for the work completed by the crew. A business owner in Caledonia, MN, was growing frustrated by a worsening trip hazard that had formed on the walkway into the business. When our Foreman, Sam, arrived, he got right to work. He began by verifying Glenn's measurements and then proceeded to strategically drill holes into the slab. Next, he inserted the PolyLevel into the holes and closely monitored the lifting process to ensure no over/under correction was made.
