A homeowner in New Richmond, WI was looking for a service that was offered in her area that could help with concrete repair. She was unhappy with how her sidewalk was looking and was hoping to get it upgraded in time for the summer months. During her research she came across the American Waterworks website and was pleased with the past work we had done for customers. When one of our Design Specialists, Kyle Peters, arrived at the home he inspected the area and answered all of the homeowner's questions. He explained that by using our PolyLevel product, a high-density polyurethane formula, the sinking slabs would be raised back to their original height. The homeowner agreed to Kyle's plans, and they were sent off for approval. When Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew visited the site, they carried out the PolyLevel installations and left the sidewalk in a smooth and leveled state once again. Jacquilynn L.'s concrete slab along the front of her house was sinking on one end. She had our Design Specialist, Mac, come out to her home and inspect the problem. Mac proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro, both of which are two of the main concrete systems we provide for homeowners. Jacquilynn was confident in the products and their warranties, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew member injected 116 pounds of our PolyLevel and applied 26 feet of our NexusPro. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete and stabilizes the concrete surface. Our NexusPro is a sealant that prevents moisture from seeping underneath the cracks and it gives the concrete a neat appearance. The project was completed within three hours and Jacquilynn was satisfied with the work.

Faith Lutheran Church of Wabasha in Minnesota had a sunken and uneven sidewalk. They were concerned that people would trip and fall because of it, so they started to look into concrete repair contractors. They saw a commercial for American Waterworks and they were interested in learning more about our concrete repair option. Our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow and Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where the concrete needed to be raised. They injected the PolyLevel foam into the holes in the concrete until the slabs were raised and level. Lastly, they filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The process only took a couple hours, and now the Church will be able to enjoy level concrete for years to come!
