A homeowner in Bagley, MN, was incredibly troubled about the fractured wall in their basement. The homeowners knew the only solution was to search for professional assistance. After signing up for our FREE estimate on our website, the homeowners prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Kole. Soon after Kole's arrival, he began his assessment of the wall's status. Kole warned the homeowners that the wall was severely falling apart and facing wall failure. To solve this issue, Kole recommended the wall be permanently stabilized with our heavy-duty wall restoration system, the EverBrace. The homeowners agreed and we assigned a crew to complete the job. Our Foreman, Domenic, and his crew arrived at the home and began preparation for the wall restoration. The EverBrace system was installed along the south wall of the basement. Additionally, holes were filled where the steps of the basement once were. After the EverBrace was successfully installed, the crew cleaned up the site and left the home. Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize Debbie’s foundation with the installation of 13 PowerBraces along the deteriorating foundation walls. The team started the installation by securing brackets into the floor as well as the rim joists. Then, they installed the PowerBraces into the brackets and tightened them as far as they could go. PowerBraces do not require outside excavation, so it is less invasive than other foundation repair options. Debbie is happy with the results, and she is glad she made the investment to protect the foundation of her home!

As soon as the Design Specialist arrived, he began his analysis of the home's foundation. After completing the detailed inspection, the Design Specialist determined that the foundation walls were caving into the home due to hydrostatic pressure. After finding the cause, the Design Specialist recommended permanently stabilizing the foundation walls. Our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the foundation repair. First, the crew started by excavating the failing wall in the basement. Next, the crew installed 18 PowerBraces along the entire west wall, and sections of the west and east wall. Once all the PowerBraces were put into place, the crew installed the SentrySeal Waterproofing Membrane around the exterior foundation. The crew cleaned up their job site and left the home. Deborah O. of Sauk Rapids, MN had a severe crack in her foundation, causing her to feel nervous about the structural support of her home. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by digging five holes outside of the home. From the inside of the basement, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to each hole outside beyond the home. Juan and his crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchors to the ends of each rod. Once tightened and secured, the wall anchor system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Deborah was thrilled with the work!
