Following his evaluation, Nick determined that the wall needed to be permanently stabilized. Nick proposed a solution that would solve all the homeowner's concerns and provide a long-term solution. After consideration, the homeowner agreed with Nick's plan and production commenced. Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his crew arrived at the home to begin construction. First, the crew prepared the foundation for the GeoLock installation. GeoLocks is our innovative wall anchor system that permanently stabilizes your foundation walls by anchoring the walls to untouched soil beyond your foundation. Along the south wall, the crew installed five GeoLock anchors.  Once the GeoLocks were installed, the crew was able to clean up their job site. In order to fully stabilize the damaged foundation wall, our production crew installed 4 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the basement wall. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Angel is happy she chose to permanently stabilize her home!
