Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew began the project by digging eight holes outside of the home and installing a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to the outside hole. Next, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod, enabling the anchors to pull the foundation wall back into its normal position. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors prevent further cracking, stabilize walls, and can be tightened overtime if needed. To complete the installation, Jose and his team backfilled each hole and replaced the soil.
