She got in contact with our office and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. Dylan went to her home, inspected her foundation wall, and proposed the solution of our Wall Recovery System, known as ShotLock. Darlene got all of her questions answered about the product, so she went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his production team sprayed our ShotLock around the foundation wall perimeter. Our ShotLock is a spray-on solution that offers a fast alternative to demolish and rebuild a deteriorating foundation. It is faster and less costly than a foundation replacement and provides a permanent and full warranty. Darlene was happy with the work and had a good experience!

After meeting with one of our Design Specialists, he chose to have wall anchors installed, which is one of our foundation repair products. Our production crew started the installation by drilling small holes through the block foundation and inserting long metal rods. They secured each end of the rod with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they could go, which permanently secured the wall. A homeowner from Clements, MN, was out at a rental property one day when he noticed one of the basement walls was bowing significantly. He didn't want to risk the safety of the home for his tenants, so he decided to find a foundation repair specialist in Minnesota. When he found our website, he signed up for his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Eric H, headed out to the home. 

When Eric arrived, he was directed to the basement, and he began his inspection. When he completed, he met with the homeowner. He explained that these anchors counteract the bowing wall by anchoring it to the hard-packed, undisturbed soil beyond the foundation, providing a permanent solution for bowing, buckling, tilting, or inward-moving foundation walls. When the project day rolled around, our Foreman, Jeremiah and his crew arrived bright and early at home. They wasted no time getting started, and after a long day, they had effortlessly installed 5 of our C-Channel anchors in the basement of the home. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his rental property's foundation has been stabilized!
